Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping The Chic Bee Boutique!! I hope you LOVE your items, but understand that sometimes items need to be returned.   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I want to fix it!!

 No refunds on returns; exchange for store credit only minus the shipping. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location. 

Our packages are sent Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays via the U. S. Postal Service Priority Mail and Fed Ex. Orders typically ship 3-5 days after placed. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days and most Fed Ex takes 2 days.  

All shipping rates apply to deliveries in all 50 states and Canada.

Please consider adding to your time frames during holidays as most carriers are closed.
